1.3 Unterbau:

Stabile Leichtkonstruktion aus gepressten Stahlblechen, sauber elektrisch verschweißt. Quertraversen mit beulsteifem Außenrahmen.

ZIKUN Klappenschwenkwerk.

Durchgehende Bordwand, horizontal geteilt. Durch das Abklappen der Unterbordwand wird die Oberwand mechanisch auf das Dach geschwenkt.

Die Hebelkinematik, durch Federzug unterstützt, ist an der Stirnwand angebracht. Dadurch ist gewährleistet, dass sich keine mechanischen Teile im Laderaum oder in den Eckrungen befinden. Die Kraftübertragung erfolgt über ein Torsionsrohr im Dach, so dass die Bordwände

gleichmäßig und in jeder Position leichtgängig zu bewegen sind.

Wichtig: Im geöffneten Zustand steht die untere Bordwand senkrecht am Fahrzeug. Vorne an der Stirnwand ebene, glatte Einfahrt ohne störende Rungen.
