XDE150 is designed with pure electric + wiring design. During operation, a pantograph wiring auxiliary system is used to save battery installed capacity. At the same time, the pantograph wiring auxiliary system is used to charge the battery pack, greatly improving the endurance.

The battery adopts an inter-cluster balancing control strategy, which is beneficial to battery heat dissipation and improves battery utilization. In view of the operating conditions of the mine, non-standard design components such as contact network and pantograph are developed to reduce power loss and improve power transmission efficiency.
