Product Features:
(1)Dual-sealing connections utilizing 24°cone + sealing ring provide superior sealing performance and enhanced reliability. Tubing is centrally routed with optimized pathways.
(2) Equipped with national standard batteries and supports national standard AC slow charging.
(3)Adopts a large-angle rear-side opening hood, facilitating maintenance operations.
(4)All vehicle pins undergo quenching and tempering treatment, with a surface hardness of ≥50HRC.
(5)The hydraulic oil tank and fuel tank undergo pickling and phosphating treatment to ensure the cleanliness of hydraulic oil and fuel.
(6)All vehicle fasteners are treated with Dacromet technology, providing strong rust resistance.
(7)The entire machine is painted with primer and topcoat from well-known brands, ensuring excellent rust resistance.
(8)All structural components of the machine are designed using steel plates of Q355B grade or higher.
(9)The surface chrome plating thickness of the hydraulic cylinder rod is ≥0.03 mm;the cylinder rod undergoes quenching and tempering as well as surface heat treatment, with a surface hardness of ≥50HRC.
